It has 10 subsidiary companies and 4 divisions: Sino- America Highland Shengli Company, Hui Sen Machinery Company, Drilling Pipe Company, Pump Company, Continuous Sucker Rod Company, PVC Pipe Company, Chemical Company, Machinery Engineering Company, Petroleum Engineering Company and Trade Company, Drilling Rig division, Tubing Division, Sucker Rod Division and Automobile Repairing Division. RG Perto-Machinery Group Co., LTD is another of our working partners in the supply of oil drilling rigs and extraction equipment. This business unit focuses on green initiatives including diesel to natural gas engine conversions as well as vehicles such as electric busses, cars, motorbikes, etc. Hitor Automotive is currently securing distribution agreements, with eventual focus on our own manufacturing facility in China.
Will Robertson is President of Hitor Automotive, Inc. Mr. Robertson is also founder and CEO of Performance Strategies, Inc. an international consulting services company in business since 1984 that oversees three divisions including:

Mr. Robertson was Vice President of Sales for the automotive software company Market Scan Information Systems from 2005 to 2007 where he supervised a national staff of 87 in the USA. He was also Vice President of Kleen Air, a division of Ford Motor Company and has made several presentations as the American Society of Automotive Engineering conferences. Prior to this he was Executive Vice President for Multacom, an international IT carrier where broadband transport contracts were arranged. How Nano-Jet Technology Works
The basic operation of the Nano-Jet fuel device is simple. The purpose of Nano-Jet technology is to change conventional fuel into nano fuel. The conventional fuel consists of fuel particles as large as 300 nano meters. Once the fuel passes through the Nano-Jet device through a special magnetic field the fuel molecular structure is changed to fuels consisting of less than 3 nanometers. Nano-Jet is also not to be confused with external clamp on magnets of the past. When any fossil fuel car, truck or motorcycle is in good working condition the operator can expect to see significant fuel savings, peak performance and reduction in pollutants into the environment.

High transportation fuel prices affects all of us not only travel but the food we eat, the products we buy. One environmental benefit of high fuel prices is that it gives more incentive to the production of more efficient (and hence less polluting) engines and the development of alternative fuels. In the beginning of 2006, 1 liter of gas costs approximately $1.60 USD in Germany and other European countries, and one US gallon of gas costs nearly $3.00 USD today it is around the $4.00 range.
Economy

For the auto industry, ensuring the continued strength of both these elements, in terms of the advanced skills and research and development required, will mean that a minimum standard of mileage must be maintained by all automobile manufacturers.
Mindful of that reality, automakers will therefore are aiming to supply products that meet social requirements as well as consumer needs. The principal focus will be on increased vehicle safety, better mileage and performance, as well as, a decrease in environmental emissions.

Not everyone can afford to purchase a new vehicle and if given a choice most people would rather keep their current vehicle if they could increase the mileage. Nevertheless, individual mobility is highly prized in modern societies so the demand for cars and trucks continues to escalate.
Nano-Jet is a simple solution. Nano-Jet has already been tested in Asia and Europe. Savings in fuel economy up to 20% have been achieved. As of this year, Nano-Jet will be available in the United States and Canada. Nano-Jet has been tested to make sure that it can meet tough U.S. standards on gasoline and diesel savings. Savings vary due to driving conditions.
Ecology
A large emphasis has been place on the manufacturing of fossil fuel engines worldwide over the past several years. New technologies have included multiple electro injection, closed loop computer controlled systems, turbo-pressure boost systems and other technologies.
Each of these methods has taken the manufacturer of the automobile engine to a new level, but none of these new techniques have helped in the elimination of emissions into the environment.
Nano-Jet technology will actually reduce the emissions into the environment by up to fifty (50%) percent. In addition, Nano-Jet would substantially decrease the black smoke released into the air which occurs during the starting of diesel cars and trucks. Nano-Jet clearly contributes to the world environment protection and energy conservation.
Energy
In addition to increasing vehicle mileage and reducing pollutants into the environment, Nano-Jet also increases performance in all of its cars and motorcycles tested.
As an example, Motocross is a form of motorcycle racing or all terrain vehicle racing held on enclosed off-road circuits and is widely considered the world's most popular form of motorcycle racing. Motocross tracks are often around 1 to 2 miles and incorporate natural terrain features with varying amounts of man made jumps and other features.
Races vary in duration, usually measured in time elapsed plus one or two laps. GP or Pro AMA races tend to be long, e.g. 30 minutes plus 2 laps. When the designated time duration of the race is complete, a flagger signals via a board or flag to the racers that there is one or two laps left, and the race is finished by a checkered flag. Races are run in sessions called motos. There are two motos in a race and the riders place in those heats is averaged together for their overall finish.
Motocross racing is one of the most visually appealing forms of motor sports, with riders performing seemingly death-defying leaps, turns visibly at the edge of traction and the effort of riders clearly visible as they move their motorcycles with precision to balance the bikes for maximum speed and performance is key to each of these riders.
Globalization in the Automobile Industry
Expanding globalization in the automobile industry worldwide underscores the need for greater progress in the areas of international harmonization of automotive technical standards and certification systems; for improved fuel quality; for improved automotive environmental performance, including reduced exhaust emissions; for increased road safety; and for intellectual property rights protection, to name the dominant issues.
Against the backdrop of Chinas and India's rapidly expanding vehicle market, the adoption of new auto-sector policies in Asia is advancing systemic reforms. Nano-Jet again is poised to actively introduce Nano-Jet products in the region, strengthening its position with China and India in this regard and bolstering mutual understanding between the various automobile manufacturers.
In addition to the push towards establishing strategic partnership agreements --- dialogues with individual national governments and manufacturers will be energetically pursued. Nano-Jet's activities will focus on its participation on the harmonization of technical standards and vehicle certification systems, and on efforts to improve fuel quality throughout the world.
In Europe, Nano-Jet will be tracking the latest developments in policy and in the auto market under the new European Union system of enhanced cooperation; whenever necessary, it will submit comments and appeals to the European Commission, the European Parliament and individual national governments.
At the same time, it will seek to further progress in its discussions with the European Automobile Manufacturers Association, and other industry groups. It is the intent for Nano-Jet to participate in Global Automotive Industry Meetings (for passenger cars) and the Global Commercial Vehicle Meetings.
These gatherings will seek to deepen the awareness of auto industry leaders with respect to common issues facing the global industry, and to enhance communication and understanding among the national industry associations and governments concerned.
