What is World Champion Full Contact?
First, it should not be confused with traditional MMA. While WCFC is a fight product, there are several distinct changes to the format and structure that make WCFC events more fan oriented.
> No tap outs!
That's right, WCFC fights to not allow tap outs or submissions. What this means is that fights either go the distance or end in a knockout. Fight fans are bored with long grappling matches—they want to see punches, kicks, elbows and knees. And knockouts. WCFC is the only product that consistently delivers what the fans want.
>Two minute rounds!
WCFC fights consist of seven, two-minute rounds. This ensures that fights are fast paced and filled with non-stop action.
> No judges!
WCFC is an "interactive" event. The fans vote online for the winners!
What this means is that the WCFC product is tailor made to appeal to mass fight audience. In particular, the Asian market where a more karate-style of fighting is preferred over the grappling/kickboxing style of the UFC.

MARKET POTENTIAL
Pay-per-view UFC events, while highly promoted, generate upwards of one million buys at prices starting at $44.00. However, these events are restricted to domestic viewers and are limited to viewers that happened to subscribe to the cable or satellite provider that carries the fight.
Pay-per-view events held by the WCFC are broadcast all over the world via the internet, thus significantly expanding the potential viewership.
WCFC events start at only $4.95 (for certain international markets) and are typically less than $10 for most viewers. This price point brings in a much broader base of potential customers.
The majority of fight fans are males in the 18-35 demographic and nearly all of whom are highly computer literate. More so, they tend to rely on the internet for the bulk of their news, entertainment, and social networking.
When you factor in all that the WCFC brings to the market, we believe that very shortly, given the more exciting nature of the product and the superior price point and market exposure, WCFC events will eclipse the UFC in total viewership
Opportunities
MatchFights will commence staging live, pay-per-view events on a monthly basis beginning January 2010.
Each event will have a live audience of at least 3,000 spectators.
Each event will be broadcast live over the Internet to a worldwide audience.
Following the event, each broadcast will be broken up into multiple short video clips and distributed as "free content" to social networking and free content sites in multiple countries, ensuring that the video content "lives forever."
In late December 2009, MatchFights launched the world's first and only social networking website specifically designed to attract fighters and fight fans in multiple countries. The www.wcfc.com website is a community where, for example, a fighter can go to access the latest news, interact with fans, post their recent fight videos and images, scout for upcoming events, and contact promoters. Fans can to learn more about their favorite fighters, watch them in action, vote for them for upcoming events, learn about upcoming events in their area, buy tickets for MMA events, and sign up to watch the Pay-Per-View events. Promoters can scout potential fighters, promote their events, sell tickets, post results, and attract sponsors and advertisers.
Their goal is to become the premier website where people can go to get the latest information and watch the very best in both free and PPV fight content. This will be coupled with a viral marketing campaign to target the company's base demographic of 18-35 year old males.
